Living Supports

The State of Michigan is requiring a transition of unlicensed Community Living Supports (CLS) encounter reporting with 15-minute H2015 units. Beginning with unlicensed CLS services delivered on or after October 1, 2020. The CMHPSM region (Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe and Washtenaw counties) previously utilized a unique site based staffing reporting model that reported encounter data as H2015 and then H0043 units. All unlicensed CLS services occurring on or after October 1, 2020 will no longer utilize the site plan invoice, all service claims will be submitted within the CRCT standard claims module.
