Electronic Health Record Transition

On April 1st, 2018, we will be saying goodbye to E.II and releasing a brand new Electronic Health Record! A team of regional staff has been created to implement a new and improved system, a system built from all of your valuable feedback. We want to thank everyone from the region that attended our EHR interview sessions; many of your suggestions will be incorporated into the new EHR, and our goal is to build a system that improves efficiency as well as overall consumer care.

The Regional Implementation Team is meeting with PCE Systems to guide the transition to, and implementation of the new EHR. This web page has been developed to update everyone within the CMHPSM region on the regional electronic health record (EHR) transition. Please bookmark or visit this page to stay up to date on the progress of everything related to the transition to the new EHR.

Future updates from the team will include highlights, new features, user guides and other information related to the new EHR.

New EHR Name: CRCT

Our new Electronic Health Record will officially be called CRCT (Confidential Record of Consumer Treatment), or "Cricket". Thanks to everyone who participated in our EHR name contest!

Implementation Team Update 3/9/2018

We have now conducted several CRCT training sessions with staff. Super Users were trained on all of the key areas of the system, and these staff will be available for any questions or assistance with the new system after it goes live on April 1st.

EII will be temporarily shutting down on Saturday, March 31st from 6:00 pm to midnight, and CRCT will be available at 12:01 am Sunday, April 1st. Crisis staff have been instructed to use paper forms during this transition weekend, and will begin using CRCT on Monday April 2nd.

Thank you all again for your hard work on this project. Staff feedback on CRCT after training has been very positive, and we look forward to officially rolling it out in just a few weeks.

Implementation Team Update 1/12/2018

Our EHR subcommittee members have started testing the new forms in Cricket, and we will work over the next several weeks to refine the forms and test for any bugs. Our implementation team is currently working on finalizing system training for all users, and we're working with a graphic designer to develop a logo for the new EHR.

Stay tuned for more updates!
